Eleanor lives in Hartshill with her partner Faye and 3 children Luke, Liv and Poppy. As a person Eleanor has always had a strong connection with her local community and has always believed in living within the community she serves.

Sarah Wood – SENCO
Sarah is our on-site SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator) as well as pastoral lead for our organisation.Sarah has a level 5 teaching diploma in SEN as well as a variety of awareness courses.She is also a trained DSL. Sarah has been providing SENCO services for our organisation for nearly 8 years and prides herself on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our students.She meets regularly with SEN parents as well as coordinating our parent coffee mornings.She is also restraint reduction and de-escalation trained.More recently she has completed several courses on mental health and mental health awareness to ensure we are versatile in the support we provide to students in our care.Part of Sarah’s role is to facilitate access to our program as well as coordinate visiting therapists if needed.

Sandra Haddon – Finance & Trustee
Sandra began her career as a veterinary nurse working for the Oakfield Group, she eventually progressed and became practice manager. Following this she decided to take a different pathway and pursued a career in finance and finance management. This lead her to working with various different organisations from Ingleby care where she was CFO to centre manager at NNWEC. Following Covid lockdown Sandra decided she no longer wanted to work in these kinds of high pressured environments and joined her daughter, Eleanor, as head of finance for Haddon Charity for Performing Arts.

Beth Faulkner – Outreach Coordinator/Vocal Teacher
Beth is our Outreach Co-ordinator and the Singing Teacher. Beth has been taking part in performing arts and has had a love for musical theatre since she was 8 years old and is continuing to study it deeper while currently gaining her BA (Hons.) in Performing Arts. She thoroughly enjoys acting and has a deep love for singing. Beth likes to take part and perform in pantomimes and has recently been in a production of James and the Giant Peach and a production of Aladdin. She teaches private lessons within singing for our students, giving them 1-1 time and attention. Beth and her children, Oliver, Mia and Alex are all relatively new to the Haddon family but are all very valued members already.

Faye Williams – Admissions/Business Development
As Elles partner, Faye undoubtedly lives and breathes the organisation and brings her own unique strengths to the team. Faye completed business studies, Maths, ICT and Graphic Design at A level and then took her skills direct into the work place setting up and running her own business which provides pick and mix style branded sweets to blue chip companies all around the world. As part of our administration team Faye works as our admissions officer for our 6th form college as well as working with the committee to create fresh new ideas to help drive the organisation forward.

Emily Hobbs BA – Head of Dance

Sam Underwood – Sign Language
Sam is our Sign Language Instructor here at Haddon, with over 10 years of practice and experience and has a Level 3 qualification in British Sign Language. She has a huge passion for advocating and teaching sign language and has been teaching it for over 2 years here within the designated class. Sam has raised hundreds of pounds for various charities over the years, through using sign language to perform popular songs at different fundraiser events. She works closely in a local high school, where she has worked for 23 years and has gained a huge variety of safeguarding and pastoral skills and she also has various qualifications, including mental health, advocacy and SEND (especially Autism), which all contribute into making her completely knowledgeable and experienced enough to help care and look after all the students here. Sam also has a big family, with 7 children and 2 grandchildren of her own, with all 3 of her daughters having attended or still attending HSPA classes. Sam is also a member of our Adult Tap class and is a valued volunteer at all our events/fundraisers and has her Chaperone License and is a designated chaperone at all our shows.

Luke Haddon – Acting Coach/MT Competition Coach

Vicky Gray – Nurture Teacher/SEN & Pastoral Assistant
Vicky has her TQUK Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) (RQF) and is currently working at a local nursery. Vicky has been a member of the Haddon family for over 10 years. She has worked as both a Young Volunteer and Student Teacher and is now a fully fledged teacher for our littlest engines, as well as our Specialist Singing Group.

Caitlin Underwood BA – Assistant Senco/Acting Coach
Caitlin has been apart of the Haddon family for over 12 years, since she was about 10 years old, and has a complete love and passion for all things dance related, with 20 years of dance class/training under her belt. She has got many years teaching experience with us, through starting off as a Young Volunteer, to becoming a Student Teacher to the Miniquins class and now currently teaching the Glee Club SEND class. Caitlin started off her professional childcare carer by achieving her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education at the North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and then went on to graduate from the University of Warwick, with a Foundation Degree (Arts) in Early Childhood. Then she has recently graduated from the University of West London, where she received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) within Working in Integrated Services for Children and Young People. During her time at college and university, she gained over 5000 hours of placement, working within nurseries, infant, primary and specialist schools so has plenty of experience working with children of all ages. As well as this, Caitlin has about 15 years sign language practice and experience, which she teaches to the younger students in classes. Caitlin has just achieved her Safeguarding Children Level 3 (DSL) and has now become part of the Designated Safeguarding Lead team here at HSPA, as well as her Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Food Hygiene certificates.
